Hello everyone!
I have recently bought Renault Megane 3 1.5dCi with 186000 km on odometer from Netherlands and have been started typical maintenance: oil and filters replacement, rims and tires, rubber things on shock absorber and so on.
Dad says I have to replace camshaft belt, just to be calm, but it's pretty expensive. Service book came along with the car and there is mark about last big maintenance 2 years ago.
But description what was done is handwritten in NL, which I don't understand.   
Could you translate text from the picture below, that would help me a lot.
