Hi,

first of all, my apologies for writing in English, my Dutch writing skills are just awefull, i can however read and understand, so any answer is naturally very welcome in Dutch!

I regularly take part in trackdays with my MRS, last week in Zolder, my brakes over-heated and stopped working altogether... Not a very nice experience :).
I did upgrade my front pads with Ferodo DS2500, and shall do the same for the back, but in order to get better braking performance and safety on trackdays, i am looking for further (road legal) braking upgrade (fluid, better discs, etc.).

I am therefore looking for a reliable tuning shop, preferably specialized in Renault Sport who could advise me and perform the brakes upgrade (and possibly later further engine upgrade). Somewhere around Noord Holland would be great, but i don't mind traveling across the country to find a reliable shop.

Any suggestions? Where do guys do your upgrades (beside ECU tuning)?

thanks a lot for sharing your experience!

hello manu

Englisch is no problem 👍

What kind of megane rs do you drive? mk2 or mk3?

there isnt a tuning shop that is specialized in RS tuning,for parts we order at different sites,for ecu
tuning i would recomend fashchip,this company does nothimg but renault (nissan/dacia) chiptuning
and i have seen its results on the dyno for the last 12 years.

if you want to switch to better brakes i would recomend the brembo sport discs.

I suggest to contact Veban Motorsport.
Specialised in Renault (sport) models. They customise, modify and (re)build Renault Clio's and Megane's in their workshop. They even created versions that Renault did not launch themselves. And have them tuned at Fastchip (as mentioned by Christian).

Thanks both! Much appreciated!

@Christian: it is a MK3 from 2011 (250).

I will give a call to Veban to talk with them about the different options.
