Your accelerator foot is itching to put the pedal to the metal. That must mean it's almost time for the ESSEN MOTOR SHOW 2009. From November 28 through December 6, the exhibition halls will be transformed into a monstrous motordrome. Here, racing fans and tuning amateurs and experts, but most of all, people crazy about cars, will come together for Germany's most important motor sports trade show and exhibition.
This year, fans of fast and fancy cars can get even closer to the action. After their success last year, the Motorsports Arena and Pit Lane have been expanded for this year. Visitors will be able to watch live as lightning-fast cars and heavy weights battle it out in stunning races. Wild and crazy motor bikes will show their stuff at the Speed Bike Show. Amazing American classic race cars with tons of horsepower under the hood will be on display at the Hot Rod Show. Visitors can expect several special shows ranging from the Myth of Ferrari show to Dragsters.

Obviously, new car fans will also get their money's worth. The newest models will demonstrate both innovative as well as comfortable design and performance features. Whether you're interested in a family car or a zippy little sports car perfect for city driving, you will find what you're looking for here. Or how about a new old car, because here at the EMS, you can also find old-timer and classic gems.
